Santa Cruz along Cliff Drive

West Cliff Drive, Santa Cruz is a winding stretch of road that hugs the coastline in Santa Cruz and runs from Natural Bridges State Park on one end to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk on the other. It's an excellent hike for most people.

Natural Bridges

Natural Bridges are part of the rocky coastline where nature has over centruries pried away a rock here and a rock there so that what's left now is a large rock with a hole through it which looks like a bridge. Over time, even the bridge will be worn away leaving just two pieces of rock on each end.

If you are here in the winter, be sure to check out the Monarch Butterfly Natural Preserve

Liked your photo's on west cliff. I've surfed there many times. Nice to see the old home.
